Just got off phone with Eleni. We just need one more house on Carriage circle to initiate the legal documents. Next Board Meeting 08/22.

    Dear Cindy,

I did get appx numbers from the gate guy. To build the gate $1,490.00 per household. Monthly service fees $40.00 per month.

I can set up a meeting with the gate guy asap. Let me know if you want me to do that.

    Sincerely,

    Diane Kutinsky

Hello Titi. This is Eleni. I do not live in your HOA but was invited by Michael to join. I live on Jockey and have been the one gathering the signatures to get the community gated. The gates will be unmanned. I have been working really hard to get things rolling in the background. I have been in talks with the city, gate guys, asphalt company and multiple people to move this along. 7/8 of the HOAs have the votes to move forward with the city. We must now provide a letter to the city indicating that. We need one more vote for Carriage for your side. If anyone knows anyone in that HOA that can be convinced to sign yes that’s where I need help. If you or anyone would like to help please call me personally and I can bring you on to help as I have been doing this by myself with some help from another neighbor but we need more help. Now we need everyone and anyone to get this going. I look forward to hearing from those who want to help. This is going to be a long process with the city. But first we need that last vote then the notarized letters from each HOA.

Hi @Michaelt are these posts manually entered or can the text messages be automatically added in real time through an integrated connection with Whatsapp? it would be great if we can add a drop-down menu to categorize the choices such as “New”, “Awaiting Action”, “Resolved”, etc. Then a sub-category to into further detail. For example, if the user selects “Awaiting Action” then sub category would be “HOA”, “HBPD” etc. etc. This will make it easy to filter through and report on all the topics by category and sub-category at a high level, review and update as necessary. This is just initial feedback. Thanks!
